Our fees

Current schedule — Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Luxembourg VAT 17%.

Sale of a property

Our sale commission is in principle 3% + 17% VAT on any transaction.

Valuation is complimentary when the client signs a sale mandate.

If the client uses the agency's services solely to have the property valued, the valuation fee is €5 incl. VAT / m² of habitable or cadastral surface.

Transfer of a business

  • 5% + 17% VAT of a business value between €0 and €100,000.
  • 4% + 17% VAT of a business value between €100,000 and €500,000.
  • 3% + 17% VAT of a business value above €500,000.

Letting a dwelling

1 month's rent + 17% VAT, split 50/50 between the tenant and the landlord, unless otherwise specified in the listing.

Inventory of fixtures

  • Agency fees for the inventory of fixtures are €125 incl. VAT.
  • They are payable by the party that mandated the agency.
  • The inventory is not invoiced separately when a letting mandate has been signed.

Rental management

Rental management fees are 2% + 17% VAT of the annual rent.
